User Agreement

Draft terms for using RoofX. Effective date: pending legal approval.

This page is adapted from the app’s current Fit Moments legal draft to the approved RoofX product name. Legal entity, jurisdiction, dispute process and final approval remain pending. The app/backend legal record must be synchronized before production release.

1. Accepting this Agreement

You must read and accept this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines before creating an account or using RoofX. You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Acceptance is recorded with the document version and a timestamp.

2. Your account

  • Accounts are created with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
  • Do not share your account. One person should use one account.
  • To be confirmed: operating legal entity and registered jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use RoofX lawfully and follow the Community Guidelines. Illegal use, harassment, harmful content, impersonation, spam, scams, unwanted messages or calls, and attempts to break platform security are not allowed. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

  • You keep ownership of photos, videos, workouts, food entries and other content you create.
  • To be confirmed: exact content-license scope. The current draft position is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for RoofX to host, store, reproduce and display your content only to operate the features you choose, such as showing a published Moment to other users.
  • You may delete content you published. Some facts may need to be retained for security, moderation, audit or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI Food Scan

AI food recognition provides automated estimates only. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Review and edit the result before saving it, and do not rely on it for health decisions.

6. Virtual coins and purchases

Consumer purchases are not enabled for production users at this time. Purchase and coin infrastructure may exist in local testing, but the website does not offer a purchase flow. If purchases are enabled later, their availability and terms will be disclosed before use. Coin balances are a limited permission to use eligible service features, not cash, property or currency.

7. Account deletion

You may submit an account-deletion request from Me → Settings → Delete Account after confirming your password. An accepted request immediately signs out active sessions and blocks future login. It does not prove that all data has already been erased. Data handling follows the process described in the Privacy Policy and remains subject to a final, approved deletion policy.

8. Service availability

The service is provided as available. Features may change, pause or end, and maintenance or outages may occur. To be confirmed: service-level commitments.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of this Agreement or the Community Guidelines. Moderation and account actions are recorded with a reason where operationally possible.

10. Changes to this Agreement

When a new version is published, RoofX may require you to review and accept it before continuing. Previous acceptance records are retained so the version you accepted can be identified.

11. Governing law and disputes

To be confirmed: governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution method.
